PLEASE ADVISE 3-5 DAYS FOR PROCESSING & 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING

TARDINESS

  • There is a 15 min grace period any late arrival beyond 15 minutes will need to be rescheduled and is subject to a late cancellation fee.

LATE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW

  • We require a notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

  • Any cancellation notice not made prior to 24 hours of scheduled service is subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee

  • No show/missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee and must be paid in full prior to rescheduling

  • Any no show/late clients who exceed two cancellations will not be able to book services in the future.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, + GRATUITY

  • There is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy on all products

  • A credit card or debit card is required to schedule your service

  • We do not provide any refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your service please contact us within 24 hours after your appointment.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • No children allowed unless the child is scheduled for service. All children must be accompanied by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Children 16 under parent must sign waiver for chemical services and installations

  • Cell Phones should be on silent or vibrate

PETS

  • No large animals, small dogs in carrier are ok

HEALTH & SAFTEY

  • We kindly ask that you wear a mask during the entire duration of your appointment to avoid spreading illness.

  • Clients must wash hands upon arrival

PRIVACY

  • We keep your personal, financial, and medical information protected for your privacy.

  • We reserve the right to take photos of every style for marketing/ advertising and portfolio purposes

  • Is shampoo included?

    Yes. Shampoo service is included with your appointment.

  • Is my deposit going to remaining balance?

    Yes, your initial deposit will be applied to the remaining balance of the service you book.

  • How often should I have my hair treated?

    We recommend treatment every 4 weeks.

  • How often should I get my hair trimmed?

    We recommend your ends be trimmed every eight weeks.

  • Do you provide hair extensions?

    Yes, we do provide hair extensions at an additional cost upon request. Please allow one week of processing time once your order is placed.

  • Do you accept Monday appointments?

    Yes, Monday appointments require an additional $100 fee.
